Mid-City helped finance the mixed-use transformation of a historic hotel and neighboring buildings on a key downtown block in the small town of Bennington, Vermont. This public-private partnership will result in office, residential, retail, restaurant, and grocer space at the heart of this rural community.

Mid-City NMTC is at work in retail component of a minority-owned mixed-use development on a former industrial Brownfields site in Baltimore, Maryland. The project is bringing a grocery store to this USDA-designated Food Desert giving low-income people and other residents of the community easier access to fresh, healthy food and increasing the livability of the area.
